I'm not good at sitting still. Is that a problem?

Not at all. The practices are really engaging and are created especially for people like you and I who may struggle with traditional meditation or sitting still for long period of time. The sessions will keep you engaged and interested, and you'll see beautiful results in the process.

I'm shy. Do I need my camera on?

I love seeing the faces behind the screens so I would love you to BUT the most important thing is that you feel safe and comfortable. While the invitation is there, the pressure is not!

Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions will be recorded for my own use and reflection. Any content shared publicly will only include my face and voice unless permission has been expressed by you directly.
